About the workshop:

Influencing is a key leadership skill for driving organisational change, aligning teams and motivating individuals to achieve shared goals. "Mastering Influence: Gestalt Lens for Leadership Presence" is a transformative 2-day workshop applying Gestalt theory to organisations, offering a fresh perspective on influence, impact and presence.

Themes explored in the workshop:

• Influencing as a skill: persuasive one-on-one conversations and developing strategies for impact in group environments.
• Exploring personal power and courage: ability to voice differences in relationships that are important to us.
• Setting the stage for effective influencing: importance of pre-contact and curiosity.
• Influencing through the Gestalt lens: provocative and evocative ways of influencing.
• Somatic intelligence: 'self as an instrument' as a leadership presence skill.

This workshop enables 15 hours towards a European Accreditation as a Gestalt Practitioner in Organisations (GPO).

This workshop is ideal for:

• Coaches and consultants seeking to deepen their skills.
• HR professionals, organisational development (OD) and change practitioners looking for new perspectives on managing change
• Leaders and managers aiming to foster a more dynamic and responsive organisational culture.
